Founders

In 2011 Retouched International Ministries, (RIM) was founded by Daphnee Kelly whose passion and goal is to service and strengthen her community by bringing hope and affirming value in people’s lives, particularly, women, children and families. RIM’s after school program, Girls Emerging on a Mission to Success, (G.E.M.S.) focused on helping adolescent girls discover and utilize the gems they already possessed to build character and to live a meaningful and impactful life. Additionally, the G.E.M.S. program exposed them to and taught them core values and skills to holistically prepare them for success in their present and future life. G.E.M.S greatest strength was focused on the family and service.  In 2017 a divine match was made from heaven which led Michael and Daphnee to marry. Michael and Daphnee’s life’s passion and mission is to serve their community. Their love for art and Michael’s gift to find/recognize creative solutions from  life’s experiences, sparked in them the vision to educate, expose and train youth to establish problem solving skills creatively. As a result of their  union, they have developed Creative Gallery Workshops.

Seeing a need for adolescent girls, in 2011, Daphnee Kelly founded an After School Program called Girls Emerging on a Mission to Success through the NPO, Retouch International Ministries (R.I.M.). R.I.M's mission was to bring Hope, Healing and Empowerment to the 

lives of “undiscovered” (overlooked & at risk) teenage girls by exposing 

them to and teaching them holistic core values which will prepare them for success in their 

present and future life.
